Ordinance 2016-20: This is a Fire Assessment Fee Amendment which amends Ordinance 97-25 to update methodology, data and analysis for the imposition and collection of assessments, provides certain definitions, etc.
Ordinance 2016-21: Amends the future land use map designation for a property located at 85-95 Cherokee Street from “Marine Industrial” to “Residential Medium Density”.
